Eat pears (al-kamathra), for they burnish the heart (al-qalb) Imam Mohammad Al-Baqir (as) narrated from Amir al-Muminin, Imam Ali (as) Imam Hussain (as) said to a man who complained of a pain he felt in his heart: "Eat pears."
